white-box DELUXE
The next stage of development is the full DELUXE version that has integral stock control for running your warehouse. As goods are moved into various stages of processing, they are taken out of stock and reserved, removing that number of products from the site. Customers can only order goods that are in stock and have availability.
When goods are despatched, the reserved stock for that order is removed from stock permanently. If an order is returned to stock, (badcard,test,duplicate,returned) then that number of goods is returned to stock.
Purchase Orders
The system has built in purchase order processing where the stock is checked and automatically raised onto purchase orders for the preferred suppliers. These are then adjusted to your requirements before being printed off and faxed to the suppliers for fresh stock. When the goods are received from the supplier, they are marked off the purchase order and returned into the live stock of the site (as goods inwards).
Stock Check
On a regular basis, a stock check must be made to ensure that the site reflects the number of products actually on the shelf to ensure an accurate overall stock level. Stock levels can easily be adjusted for complete ranges with the stock control module.
