Your White-Box system comprises of the Front End (that the user sees as they navigate your web site) and the Admin Panel (Back end where all the configuration is done).
The Admin Panel is protected against users been able to access the system by the login username and password. No one can gain access to the admin pabel unless they first login. If you are not logged in or the admin panel times out, the system will ask you to login.
