White-Box has some major advanced features that you can be utilised to make your store operate in specific ways for different affiliates and work across multiple domains.

Affiliate Branding
You may want to have an affiliate link to your web site and have a completly different looking store front to your own in line with the affiliates site rather than your own. This feature allows the affiliate to pass customers through to your store for products and it will appear to be in line with their web site branding, appearing as the affiliates shop to their customers.
Removing Categories for Affiliates
If you have an affiliate that would like to link across to your store but would like certain product categories excluding, this can be done using a single session variable. This may be of use if the affiliate has their own shop but would like to link across to yours for products that they dont already stock, so they wouldn't want similar products to appear in competition with themselves.
